Goods Availability
The goods online are generally physically available at our warehouse and ready for shipping. We have several sales channels and receive frequent orders, for this reason the goods may be temporarily unavailable. In the event that the goods are not available and the customer does not want to wait the time necessary for delivery, the company is available for an immediate and total refund of the amount paid.
Items on Order
Items that are marked “On Order” are not physically available in our warehouses, but you can order them online like other products.
Once we have received the order, as an official dealer, we will in turn request the item from the Manufacturer.
The items will be available to us within 10/14 working days from notification of payment.
Once we have received the ordered items, we will provide final delivery, estimated within two working days (islands and areas that are difficult to reach may require an extra day). In any case, the customer will be kept informed.
These items are generally available at the Manufacturer’s warehouse and we are authorized to order them.
In some circumstances, if the product is no longer orderable, the company will provide a full refund of the amount paid within 5 working days.
In the event of a product that is temporarily unavailable, we will provide immediate communication and any refund if the customer is not willing to accept the expected waiting times.
Please note that items purchased "On Request" are ordered specifically on behalf of the Customer and are therefore non-refundable.
Sale Price
The company publishes the goods for sale at a market price.
The prices in the ads are to be referred exclusively to online purchases.
The price lists may be different based on the destination of the goods, due to the laws relating to taxes and local commercial regulations.
Payment
Payments with the best credit cards are accepted.

The order is automatically cancelled if the payment is not made within 4 days.
We do not ship on delivery.
One of the accepted payment methods is Scalapay: If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.
Invoicing
Countries outside the European Union (extraEU).
The invoice with the detailed list of purchased products is attached to the shipping documents. The total amount of the invoice is exempt from taxes of the country of origin. Any taxes on the value of the goods are charged by the customs of the importing country, directly to the customer.

European Union (EU).
When the goods are shipped to one of the EU countries, according to the rules for e-commerce activity, the invoice must be issued in compliance with the following rules.
It is not mandatory unless expressly requested by the customer at the time of the order with a specific email message and providing the mandatory data according to the current tax law: for example, tax code (for Italian customers) / VAT number, exchange code or PEC address (for digital invoicing in Italy). If we are not provided with any of the data required to issue the invoice and the customer does not provide it promptly, we reserve the right not to process the case.
The invoice will be sent by email within 10 working days.
Non-Italian EU customers with a VAT number (B2B customers) can contact the Sales Staff before placing the order to request an invoice exempt from VAT if the goods are addressed outside the Italian borders and agree on the amount to be paid.

Shipping
After payment confirmation, the order is processed in 24/72 hours. The processing time varies depending on the workflow and staff availability, in optimal conditions orders can be shipped in 24 hours while during peaks it can take up to 72 hours. The delivery of the goods generally takes place within two working days for most destinations in Italy, except for delays or problems attributable to the carrier.
If the order has already been processed and the package entrusted to the logistics department, as can be verified in the order details and via email communication sent by us, it will no longer be possible to cancel or make any changes to it.
The average delivery times for orders in Europe via GLS courier are approximately 2-7 days while shipments outside the EU are made with EMS service: for these destinations delivery can take even more than a month and depends entirely on the speed with which the local customs authorities release the package.
Shipping costs include packaging. If two separate orders are placed, shipping costs are charged for each of them. The package travels at the customer's risk. Shipments outside the European Union will be subject to the payment of taxes and customs duties upon entry into the country of destination, these amounts are not known to us in advance and are therefore not included in the shipping cost indicated at checkout.
After purchasing, the customer will receive an email indicating the tracking code of the shipment, with this code and the website of the carrier it is possible to monitor the position of the goods.
When ordering, it is recommended to provide a mobile contact, to facilitate the delivery operation.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the delivered package and, in case of doubt, write the wording "COLLECTION WITH RESERVATION" on the transport document.
Subsequently, if the item inside is actually damaged, contact the Sales Staff to report the incident.
Unfortunately, shipping to PO BOX is not possible anywhere in the world.
Pickup at our office
The collection of goods by the customer has no management costs. When purchasing, select "Pickup at the office" as the shipping method.
After payment, you will be contacted by email with all the information about the method of collection of the goods, which will take place at our Pogliani office in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). Orders received after the deadline of 12:00 will generally be available for collection starting from the following day, if received before this time they may be available from 16:30 on the same day, however, Customers will be able to collect the goods only and exclusively after receiving the confirmation email with the collection details.
Right of withdrawal from the contract
The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the order according to DL 206/2005 (directive 97/7/EU, consumer protection in the case of distance contracts).
This right is reserved for consumers without VAT number, who do not purchase for business purposes.
The desire to withdraw must be communicated via email to the Sales Staff, no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods. The customer will then have 14 working days to arrange for the shipment of the package, communicating to us the tracking code of the shipment as evidence that the same has taken place.
The goods must be sent to the exact address that will be communicated with the return confirmation: any changes to the address compared to the one provided by us will result in the cancellation of the refund. The package travels under the responsibility of the customer and at his expense.
The goods must be returned in a condition equal to new, in the original packaging, without signs of use, wear or assembly, the packaging labels must be intact. No helmet returns will be accepted if the protective film on the visor has been removed or if the helmet has been tested on the road.
The refund, including the original shipping costs, will be made within 14 days from the moment the company received the goods.
In the event of expiry of the withdrawal terms or conditions not suitable for reimbursement, after telephone or email agreements, the company will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the customer for the shipping costs.
Please note that the refusal of delivery of the package by the customer does not constitute correct application of the right of withdrawal: the package must always be accepted and only after contacting us will the procedure be started. If the shipment is refused during delivery and the package is returned to the sender, we will proceed with the refund in any case once the package has been received but an amount equivalent to the cost of returning the package will be retained in addition to the cost of the original shipping costs and any other storage costs.

NB. Except in the case of obvious aesthetic defects, any requests for returns based on the impossibility of fitting a spare part or accessory due to a potential manufacturing defect, or in the presence of a component damaged after installation, will be accepted only and exclusively upon proof of assembly by an authorised workshop. In the event that the installation of a component is carried out independently, without using a professional assembly service, the company is exempt from any liability relating to damage caused by improper assembly of the items.
Returning an item
In the event of an incorrect purchase or change of mind, within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace the purchased goods only with other goods available at the company's warehouse. The customer can contact us to be informed about the return methods based on the specific case.
Once the item has been received and its conditions verified, a refund will be arranged for the customer, who, if he wishes, can proceed to place a new order for the correct item or the one he wishes to receive as a replacement. Please remember that the goods must be returned intact in all their parts and will travel under the responsibility of the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the same.
Warranty
The products on sale are free from defects that make them unsuitable for the intended use and are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty terms established by law.
To use it, the customer must keep the invoice or delivery document that will be received together with the products purchased. No warranty is due if the customer is aware of any defects in the item sold at the time of purchase or if they are easily recognizable.
In the event of problems with spare parts and accessories mounted on the motorcycle, the warranty request is accepted only if accompanied by proof of installation by an authorized workshop.
Discount vouchers / gift cards
The discount vouchers that can be purchased on the site can only be used for online orders; they cannot be spent at our physical stores. Discount vouchers are not refundable. In the event of withdrawal of a product purchased using a discount voucher, the refund will be made in the following manner: the original discount code, with any credit still available, will be deactivated. A new discount code of the same amount as the original will then be provided. Any amount paid in currency (if the price of the product was higher than the value of the discount voucher) will instead be regularly refunded in the same payment method.
Descriptions, images or data that may be incorrect
The products offered on our site are represented with the aim of informing the Customer clearly and with the minimum risk of error.
Despite the utmost care that we dedicate to this purpose, we apologize for any involuntary inaccuracies, such as:
images, descriptions, compatibility, quantities in stock, list prices, etc.
We invite the Customer to pay maximum attention during the purchase phase and to contact the "Customer Service" to clarify any doubts.
We will also be happy to promptly correct any error that is reported to us.
In the event of a sale already concluded and goods different from those represented on the site, upon request of the Customer we will recover the item at our expense with the relative refund or its replacement where the right conditions exist.
However, requests for further compensation as a result of the above-mentioned errors will not be accepted.
